Above: Honey & Yeager - Born to Trail!

These are some of the extended family...puppies from past litters or relatives of dogs I have bred or owned.  One of my favorite quotes is from Roger Caras:
The Bloodhound is not a dog that one simply owns or belongs to; it is a breed that totally
envelopes everyone who even casually becomes involved. There are no Bloodhound owners
but lots of Bloodhound people......All good Bloodhound breeders are pests. They will sell
you a dog for a fortune and then haunt you for the rest of your life to be sure you are taking
proper care of their baby. You adopt their dog and they adopt you. The contract may not
read that way but that is what happens......

Here are some of my "kids."  They have certainly done us proud!!

We have a young adult available to the right home. Scholar is an active boy who was returned to us because his former owners lifestyle had changed and they could not meet his needs. He is eager to please but will need an experienced home who is willing to give him the structure he needs. He has basic manners and is good with other dogs although very boisterous in play. We have had him in harness and he would make a wonderful trailing dog. He is neutered, gastropexied and UTD on his shots and parasite protection
